Launch #1 - Sprints

Why are we building this?

We enable people to build companies and a big part of this is building great products, fast.

AI will not only enable us to build faster but will completely change how products are built.
We have to leverage AI to productize the repeatable steps of the process to enable us and our founders to achieve our goal.

How does it work?

Today, we’re using a hands-on approach where we bring efficiency by:
- Templatizing repeatable features like authentication, profile section, and order management module.
- Using AI to bring efficiency into our workflow like converting ideas into detailed PRDs, and converting them into code.
In the future, we will open alt sprints for other founders and builders as a layer on top of AI so they can turn their ideas into MVPs faster than ever, without any human touch from alt sprints.

Founders at the idea stage can use alt sprints to roll out an MVP in 2 weeks to validate their value hypothesis.

What’s next?

We will reach out to these founders to narrow down the persona and lock the first customer.

Anyone who wants inspiration to kickstart their journey.

What’s next?

We already have 135+ subscribers and this product was also featured on Product Hunt with 250+ upvotes.
We need to get in touch with early subscribers and figure how we can consistently create value for them and potentially monetize this micro-product.

We launched Alt Pass waitlist in the 2nd week of January 2023. You can read more about the product and our hypothesis here.
We received decent traction with 30+ companies signing for the waitlist. We spoke to a lot of the interested companies to understand their use-case.
We were unable to convert any company primarily because of pricing. Also, there is a completely free alternative available in the market. If you were on the waitlist you can use the free alternative.
We are focused on building companies with positive unit economics from day 1 and clear a path to profitability. Hence, we decided to kill Alt Pass and focus on other ideas in the pipeline.
