Why are we building this?

As a venture studio, we have had to build tech teams again and again. Building a great team is super important for success but it is equally hard.

• It takes time and effort in identifying the variables that should be used to evaluate and rank candidates.

• You need a large pool of applicants to increase the chances of getting the right candidate.

• The larger pool increases the logistics associated with vetting, testing, and interviewing candidates.

We want to increase the chances of success for our companies (and other founders) by making it easier to find, vet, and recruit tech talent.

What is alt find?

alt find will help you hire vetted tech talent faster. With a simple search, you will get a skill report on candidates. Here is what it looks like:

We are starting out with three domains: Growth, Product, and Design. In the future, you will also have the ability to:

• Use our test to evaluate candidates in your pipeline

• Use our skill graphs to evaluate yourself or your team to develop an upskilling path.
